2023 BPO International Open Multi-lifts
Powerlifting, Bilateral, & Single lift Bench Press Championships

BPO are grateful to Bone’s Gym thanks to the Proprietor Barry Davis for hosting the above championships. Over fifty spectators generated great vocal support and camaraderie.
Lifters, Officials and Spectators travelled afar in wintry conditions.
All lifters were presented with unique gold Conan statues, Lady with Sword and certificates of participation at the end of the championships by Peter Davis.
Amazingly, 13 British, 12 European and 11 World records were broken at these championships.

BEST LIFTER AWARDS
BPO Best Overall Bench Press receiving the Annual David Berg Memorial Shield went to Charlie Griggs with 113 points.
BPO Best Overall Dead Lift receiving the Annual Eddy Pengelly Memorial Shield went to Julian De-Allie with 176 points.
