Despite the challenging situation that prevents athletes from freely traveling to other countries and participating in tournaments, the WPF is holding international tournaments to World Records and European Records.
Several successful international tournaments have already been held: 2025 EPC European Open International Championship (Moscow) and 2025 BPO British Open International Championship (London).
All World, European, and National Records have been established, are update, and are posted on the WPF website.
More major tournaments are planned for the end of the year: 2025 WPF World International Championship, 2025 WPF World Cup, and 2025 BPO British Open Multilift International Championship. I hope these tournaments will be successful, with a large number of Athletes competing and many new Records set. Records will be published in a timely manner.
Tournaments, regulations, results, protocols, and other information are regularly updated on the WPF website.
We will hold over 20 tournaments in Russia by 2025. We are working to expand the geography of our tournaments. This year, a new Region, Chelyabinsk, was added. An excellent team has been formed there that organizes tournaments efficiently. In St. Petersburg, we held tournaments independently in 2024, and now, in 2025, we have also created a team there ready to organize tournaments. We plan to continue opening representative offices in other Regions of Russia in 2026, which will serve the WPF.
